• Together we will make you fit for your dream job: During your training, experienced consultants will accompany you on your way into the advertising industry - you will encounter exciting and varied projects in the healthcare sector right from the start
   

• As the interface between our customers and the various agency teams, you always have an overview and all project threads in your hand
   

• During your training you will be in direct contact with our customers and, in addition to classic project and quality management, you will also take care of briefings, calculations and project controlling
   

• In exchange with other Carrots from our interdisciplinary teams, you will advise our customers throughout the entire collaboration and thus help to achieve optimal results in all media
   

• Your personality can feel comfortable and develop in a diverse team that always treats each other with respect and appreciation; no matter whether in a meeting, at the coffee machine or in a video call

• You are currently doing your Abitur (general, subject-related or technical college entrance qualification) or already have it in your pocket
   

• You find marketing and communication exciting and have an interest in health topics
   

• You are an organizational talent and keep a cool head even in challenging situations
   

• You are inquisitive and don't let yourself be put off by complex issues, you are interested in backgrounds, connections and like to get to the bottom of things
   

• You show commitment and have a high willingness to learn and perform as well as a certain amount of ambition. You show commitment, are a team player and communicative
   

• Communicating in English is easy for you and you have already gained experience with MS Office
