How does it feel when your own agency celebrates its 30th anniversary? Christoph, who founded the agency in 1992, and Managing Director Stephi talk about the beginnings of PINK CARROTS, their plans

for the future and the opening of a second location

in Berlin.

"30 years of PINK CARROTS - that makes me happy and proud," says Christoph Witte. "The journey from a boutique agency specializing in pharmaceutical marketing to one of the leading strategic creative players in the health segment has definitely been the most exciting journey of my life." He has gradually expanded the focus on health communication and quickly added other health companies to the initial client, the former Hoechst AG. With the arrival of strategy expert Stephanie Heuser as Managing Director in 2020, the consistent focus on health and well-being as a broad umbrella and wide field full of possibilities followed. "With our leitmotif 'Thinking Health Differently', we now stand for the somewhat different approach to health communication," explains Stephi, "We are rethinking both Rx and OTC communication as well as the topic of health in its many facets. In doing so, we combine 30 years of expertise with innovative strength and always challenge the status quo with courage and a sense of proportion. Our goal is to create communications that make a tangible difference for people and brands."

The PINK CARROTS team also makes a difference, because here health experts and FMCG specialists look after clients and budgets together. "We focus on interdisciplinary collaboration, think and act in a customer-centric way, and always keep the 'agency' model in line with the times. That's why our new office in Berlin is more than just a birthday present; it naturally creates proximity to our Berlin clients, and at the same time it opens up new flexibility for the CARROTS," adds Christoph.
