10. DATA PROCESSING AS PART OF OUR AGENCY SERVICES

As an agency, we process the data of our customers as part of our respective contractual services that we offer (see, among others, https://www.pinkcarrots.com).  Various data processing options are possible here, depending on the respective assignment. We use the contact details, bank details and order-related data provided by our customers exclusively for the purpose of our contractual obligations towards the customer and the execution of the contract, unless we separately indicate further uses. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. It will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations. Unless otherwise agreed with our customers, we delete the data arising in this context after the storage is no longer necessary, usually after the expiry of contractual or legal claims by us or our customers, or restrict the processing if there are legal storage obligations.

11. DATA PROCESSING AS PART OF YOUR APPLICATION

By submitting your application documents, you are sending us a range of personal data that is subject to special legal protection. We process personal data about you for the purpose of your application for an employment relationship, insofar as this is necessary for the decision to establish an employment relationship with us. The legal basis is Section 26 Paragraph 1 in conjunction with Paragraph 8 Sentence 2 BDSG. As part of the review of your application, we may call, write to or email you if we have any questions and you have provided your contact details. Furthermore, we can process personal data about you insofar as this should be necessary to defend against legal claims asserted against us from the application process. We process data related to your application. This can be general data about you (such as name, address and contact details), information about your professional qualifications and school education or information about professional training or other information that you send us in connection with your application. In addition, we can process job-related information that you have made publicly available, such as a profile on professional social media networks. The employees commissioned with this are bound to secrecy and to data secrecy in accordance with Art. 5 Para. 1 DS-GVO. We will not share your information with third parties.

The data that you transmit to us will initially only be processed and stored while the evaluation is being processed and will be deleted after the evaluation has been completed, provided that it is no longer required. The latter is the case, for example, if we come to the conclusion based on your applicant profile that your application could be interesting at a later date; in this case we will initially store your details for 6 months so that we can contact you again at a later date. If an employment relationship does not come about between you and us, we can also continue to store data insofar as this is necessary to defend against possible legal claims.

With regard to the personal data concerning you, you have the right towards us:
