PINK CARROTS welcomes health-expert Katja Winter to strengthen the strategic consulting unit.

After recent account wins, Katja Winter, Strategic Director Consulting and Development, now strengthens the creative communication agency’s consulting expertise. Before joining the team as a permanent employee, the strategist with long-term health experience had already worked for PINK CARROTS on a project basis.

 

 

 

The demand for strategic consulting is constantly growing at PINK CARROTS. “Launch strategy, portfolio strategy or co-creation processes – we appreciate that our clients want to partner with us in these areas “, says Stephanie Heuser, Managing Director at PINK CARROTS. „Based on our strategic approach, we are able to offer different workshop formats with interdisciplinary and international teams. The goal is to develop communicative solutions together with our clients that go beyond common standards “, Stephanie explains. „I think Katja is an outstanding strategist and consultant - a great addition to our team, for our clients as well as for the further development of the agency. I am very happy that Katja has now joined our team and I’m looking forward to exciting opportunities ahead. “ says Stephanie.

 

Katja Winter (50) has more than 18 years of experience in strategic health communications. She has worked with international health agencies such as Burson-Marsteller and Weber Shandwick. In addition, she has experience as an independent communication consultant and interim manager. She also brings her expertise as a business coach to the agency, and she is a president for the Berlin Chapter of HBA (Healthcare Businesswomen´s Association).
